The application allows for seamless control of information exchange between the various tools used to create, manage, and track incident ticket information.

The Key Features
The toolchain exchanges ticket data between ServiceNow and xMatters. From there, the xMatters will establish a connection to a Slack channel and to a Status Page event. The level and direction of data exchanged categorizes the integration as uni-directional or bi-directional. Customer processes and business requirements define the parameters in which the exchange happens.
